GS-600 is a high-speed, high-precision, fully automatic online spray dispensing system developed based on the latest dispensing process requirements for semiconductor packaging and SMT. It adopts a more stable marble frame structure, more efficient linear motor transmission, piezoelectric spray valve, and dust-proof design, meeting the increasingly demanding dispensing process and system stability requirements of the industry.
Mainly used for primary packaging underfill of chips/chips overfill、edgebond, And the processes of underfill, encap, overfill, etc. for SMT secondary packaging.
The system integrates a variety of process components, including bottom heating, automatic weighing, automatic cleaning, laser height measurement, online UV exposure, plasma air gun, and other functional module combinations.
At the same time, based on the characteristics of the semiconductor packaging and SMT industries, pre heating and material testing, post insulation and operation quality testing can be selected to further improve the level of intelligence, production yield and system stability.
